Pay KureGhor does not collect or hold payments from customers. We provide a payment automation system that allows merchants to receive payments directly using their own payment channels.
Violations may result in immediate suspension and possible legal action.
We do not act as a bank, wallet, or intermediary. Payments are processed directly between merchant and customer.
All platform content, code, and features belong exclusively to Pay KureGhor. You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the system.
Services are available only to users aged 18 years or older. We maintain a non-discrimination policy for all eligible users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes must be resolved in Bangladeshi courts.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if violations or illegal activities are detected.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Pay KureGhor.
