These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Pay KureGhor, operated by Code KureGhor, located at 312/4 M, Section-1, Mirpur, Dhaka-1216, Bangladesh (“Pay KureGhor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, integrating our services, or using a Pay KureGhor checkout or payment link, you agree to these Terms. If you use the services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business.
Pay KureGhor provides tools for creating payment requests, managing invoices and payment links, recording transactions, and verifying payment information.
Depending on the merchant’s configuration and the payment method available, verification may use payment-related SMS messages received through a connected device, third-party payment-provider APIs, or manual review of submitted payment references.
The availability of a payment method on our platform does not, by itself, indicate an official partnership with or endorsement by that payment provider.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Merchant accounts must be operated by adults or authorized representatives of legally established businesses.
You must provide accurate registration, business, contact, and payment-account information and keep it up to date. You may connect only payment accounts, devices, and integrations that you own or are authorized to use.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify account ownership, investigate suspicious activity, or meet applicable legal requirements.
You are responsible for protecting your account password, API keys, device keys, payment-provider credentials, and access to connected devices.
Do not disclose these credentials publicly or share them with unauthorized persons. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, compromised credentials, or misuse of your account.
Merchants are responsible for maintaining their integrations, protecting their webhook endpoints, and checking payment status through authenticated verification before fulfilling an order. A browser redirect, screenshot, or customer-submitted transaction ID alone should not be treated as conclusive proof of payment.
Customers must check the merchant’s identity, destination account, payment method, amount, and any displayed charges before sending money.
For supported SMS-based methods, the system compares a submitted transaction reference against stored payment messages associated with the connected merchant account. Verification may include checks of the sender identifier, message format, transaction reference, payment amount, and whether the message has already been used.
For supported API-based methods, verification relies on information returned by the relevant payment provider. Certain payments may remain pending until reviewed by the merchant or an authorized administrator.
Verification can be delayed or unsuccessful because of missing messages, disconnected devices, incorrect references, amount mismatches, provider outages, or other technical problems.
A “completed” status reflects the verification result recorded by the platform. It does not guarantee delivery of goods, eliminate the possibility of a payment reversal, or replace the payment provider’s own records and dispute procedures.
If money has been deducted but verification remains pending or fails, contact the merchant or our support team before making another payment.
Merchants are responsible for:
The legality, accuracy, quality, and delivery of their goods or services.
Clearly displaying prices, additional charges, refund terms, and customer-support information.
Using payment accounts in accordance with the relevant provider’s rules.
Obtaining any permissions needed to submit customer information or forward messages from connected devices.
Providing customers with appropriate privacy information.
Keeping payment credentials and integrations secure.
Reviewing discrepancies and cooperating with payment investigations.
Merchants must not represent Pay KureGhor’s payment-verification result as a guarantee of their products, services, or business.
If you connect a device for SMS-based verification, you authorize Pay KureGhor to receive and process the messages forwarded through that connection for payment verification, transaction records, support, and fraud investigation.
Forwarded messages may contain transaction references, amounts, phone numbers, account information, and balances. You must have authority to share this information.
Configure your device and forwarding application to transmit only messages needed for the service. Do not intentionally forward unrelated personal messages, one-time passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
You are responsible for maintaining the device connection and removing access when a device is lost, replaced, or no longer authorized.
Applicable subscription prices, transaction limits, and service charges are those displayed when you purchase a plan or use the relevant feature.
Any additional charge payable by a customer must be disclosed before payment. Payment providers may apply their own fees separately.
If your account includes a balance or credits for purchasing platform services, their permitted use is governed by the terms displayed when they are purchased. These Terms do not promise that such credits are withdrawable, transferable, interest-bearing, or insured.
Changes to fees or plan limits will be communicated before they apply to future purchases or renewals.
For goods or services purchased from a merchant, contact that merchant first. The merchant is responsible for its refund decisions and fulfillment obligations, subject to applicable law.
We may assist with transaction records and verification issues, but cannot promise recovery of money sent to an incorrect account or reverse a payment controlled by an external provider.
Refund requests for Pay KureGhor’s own subscriptions or service charges should be submitted to our support team with the relevant payment reference. Any refund conditions must be disclosed before purchase and remain subject to applicable consumer rights.
Reporting a dispute does not automatically reverse a payment. The merchant, payment provider, and other relevant parties may need to investigate.
You must not use Pay KureGhor to:
Facilitate fraud, money laundering, unlawful transactions, or prohibited goods or services.
Submit fabricated payment messages, altered evidence, or false transaction references.
Reuse a payment reference to claim multiple payments.
Access another person’s account, device, or payment information without authorization.
Bypass authentication, payment verification, transaction limits, or security controls.
Upload malicious code, disrupt the service, or exploit vulnerabilities.
Collect or disclose personal information unlawfully.
Misrepresent your identity, business, or affiliation with a payment provider.
Service availability depends on our systems, connected devices, internet connectivity, and external payment providers.
Maintenance, technical failures, provider changes, or security incidents may interrupt the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or instant verification for every transaction.
Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. Their processing times, restrictions, charges, and payment decisions are outside our direct control.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, protect users, address a security threat, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Urgent risks may require immediate action.
You may request account closure through our support team. Closure does not cancel existing payment disputes, outstanding obligations, or lawful record-retention requirements.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process account information, customer information, payment records, device information, and forwarded messages.
Merchants remain responsible for their own use of customer information and for any privacy obligations arising from their business activities.
Pay KureGhor’s branding, interface, documentation, and other protected materials belong to us or their respective owners.
You may use the platform and integration materials for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms. You may not use our branding in a way that falsely suggests endorsement or ownership.
You retain rights to the content you submit and authorize us to process it as needed to provide the services.
We are responsible for our services as required by applicable law. We do not guarantee merchant fulfillment, payment-provider availability, or the accuracy of information supplied by users or connected third parties.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, failed integrations, or third-party conduct.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, excuses our fraud or willful misconduct, or removes mandatory consumer rights.
We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change. The revised version will show its effective date.
For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the platform or available account contact details. Changes will apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.
Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve a dispute. If it cannot be resolved, the competent courts determined by applicable law will have jurisdiction.
